Carl Torbush had a front-row seat for Mack Brown’s revival of UNC Football in the late 1980s and 1990s. He played an integral role in turning a 1-10 team into a Top-10 team ten years later. It’s a reversal extremely similar to what Brown and his current Tar Heels are going through in 2020. "The one thing about Mack is he was a great, great recruiter."
