Expectations still high in Chapel Hill

Tyler Hansbrough, at 6-foot-9, 235 pounds, is one of two McDonald All-American freshmen, along with Bobby Frasor, a combo guard who is expected to push incumbent Quinton Thomas. “We know we have to throw them right into the fire,” David Noel said. “They have to come in and play like McDonald's All-Americans.” Hansbrough has already drawn rave reviews from his new teammates.
