Sean May wants fast return

Sean May isn't supposed to participate in any preseason drills following arthroscopic knee surgery three weeks ago. But May, one of two Charlotte Bobcats first-round draft picks out of the University of North Carolina last June, thinks his rehabilitation is "ahead of schedule" and hopes to play before the team ends its preseason schedule Oct. 26.
