Tar Heels Roll Past UNLV In Opening Round Of Maui Invitational


While there may have been surfboards and Hawaiian shirts at the Maui Invitational’s opening day Monday, there were wind chill temperatures freezing outside of Harrah’s Cherokee Center in downtown Asheville. Even with the venue change, No. 14 UNC turned in its standard Maui performance with a 78-51 victory over UNLV in first round action. (Inside Carolina)
