Bum ankle and all, Garrison Brooks led the Tar Heels with 17 points while grabbing eight rebounds. He also did a solid job guarding All-American Luka Garza. Freshman guard R.J. Davis racked up eight assists while scoring 12 points, including 2-for-5 from beyond the arc. Day'Ron Sharpe chipped in 13 points and pulled down six rebounds in 14 minutes.
