Things to know ahead of N.C. State basketball’s ACC opener against UNC

So far this season, NC State is a top-three squad in defensive turnover percentage (30.3%) and steal percentage (16) according to KenPom.com. The Wolfpack also leads the nation in turnover margin (11) and is fourth in turnovers forced per game at 22.2. Offensively, the Tar Heels haven’t fared so well in taking care of the ball through seven games. (Asheville Citizen-Times)
