New 5-stars and big moves in 247Sports Composite hoops rankings

Updates to basketball recruit rankings in the 2021, 2022, and 2023 classes have resulted in some shuffling in the 247Sports Composite rankings for each class. There is no change at the top of the rankings as 7-footer remains on top in 2021, Michigan State commit tops 2022, and point guard DaJuan Wagner Jr. is No. 1 in 2023. (247 Sports)
