Miami opened ACC play with a 15-point loss to Pittsburgh, a two-point road loss to No. 19 Virginia Tech, and a one-point loss to No. 19 Clemson. The Hurricanes rank 14th in the ACC in scoring (69 ppg) and eighth in scoring defense (65 points allowed per game).
