As he fielded postgame questions Tuesday with a smile that seemed permanently affixed to his face, Garrison Brooks’ demeanor said plenty about North Carolina's state of affairs without the uttering a word. But for good measure, the veteran leader pronounced what just had been accomplished against Pittsburgh as his team’s top-ranking result of the season.
