Tier 2: Knocking on the door - The most intriguing member of this tier might be North Carolina. The Tar Heels possess arguably has the best quarterback in the country in Sam Howell, and Mack Brown has recruited some burgeoning stars on defense, including corner Tony Grimes. If anyone is going to dethrone Clemson in the ACC, it's North Carolina.
