North Carolina coach appeared neither heated with anger nor heavy with frustration as he finished his matter-of-fact assessment of the dud his team turned in Tuesday night. “I was so dumb I thought that we would be ready to play,” he said, wrapping up his postgame comments in a practical tone, “and I thought we would play well.” (Gaston Gazette)
