Freshmen flourish as UNC rolls to best win of season

Kerwin Walton and Day'Ron Sharpe led the flourishing freshmen as UNC put up its best two scoring halves of the season and rolled to a 99–54 victory over a rusty Louisville team that was playing its first game in 19 days. It tied the second-largest margin of victory in an ACC game in the Roy Williams era and it was the fourth-largest in program history.
