Charlie Justice. Don McCauley. Amos Lawrence. Natrone Means. For much of the past 60 years, North Carolina could make a compelling argument that it was the "Tailback U" of the East Coast. And the talent even stretched to reserves. Willie Parker, who played very little during his college career, leads the AFC in rushing this season as a member of the Pittsburgh Steelers.
