Bill Cowher proclaims Willie Parker the starter after another impressive effort

This just in: "Fast" Willie Parker is the man at running back for the Steelers. Not just until Duce Staley and Jerome Bettis get healthy, but until coach Bill Cowher declares otherwise. "He's our starter," Cowher said regarding Parker, following Sunday's 27-7 win over the Texans. "I don't think you need to keep asking me that. "I gotta keep other guys involved and I'll attempt to do that, but Willie Parker's going no where." (Pittsburgh Tribune-Review)
