Josh Downs Making Noise in UNC's Spring Practice

Any questions regarding North Carolina slot receiver Josh Downs’s ability to build upon his breakout Orange Bowl appearance were answered not long after spring football practice began for the Tar Heels. “Josh Downs looks great,” coach Mack Brown said after UNC’s fourth practice of spring ball. “He doesn't look good. He's our best receiver at this point.”
