Mack Brown, UNC juggling depth charts and changing rules heading into the summer

UNC football coach Mack Brown will enter his third season as head coach at UNC (in his second stint there) in the fall. Between now and then, there's still a ton of work to be done. His team will have high expectations and need to deal with the weight of that. But Brown doesn't mind that part. The players are now in what Brown called "discretionary" time.
