Paul Finebaum weighs in on North Carolina's College Football Playoff outlook

SEC Network analyst and ESPN radio host Paul Finebaum noted that Mack Brown has done a strong job of turning around North Carolina's football program. Just don't expect him to call the Tar Heels a College Football Playoff contender at this point. “I mean, he owns this state of North Carolina right now,” Finebaum said on WJOX-FM 94.5's The Roundtable.
