Sam Howell rates as best college quarterback in 4th quarter


North Carolina star quarterback enters year three as a Heisman candidate. If there’s one area where he truly succeeds, that’s late in the game. Since his arrival as a true freshman in 2019, Howell is the best quarterback when it counts. According to Pro Football Focus’ metrics, Howell has the highest grade in the fourth quarter since 2019.
