No. 10 North Carolina: The Tar Heels have made significant strides under coach Mack Brown. With quarterback Sam Howell returning, this program should take another step forward this fall, as UNC is Athlon’s pick to win the Coastal Division. Howell is one of the nation's top quarterbacks and guided the offense to an average of 41.7 points a game last year.
