Havelock Rams' Bruce Carter gets prestigious honor

Havelock quarterback Bruce Carter was recognized as one of the top high school seniors in the country Wednesday as he was nominated for the U.S. Army All-American Bowl. Carter, who has already committed to play in college at the University of North Carolina, was one of 400 football players across the United States to receive a nomination.
