Tar Heels’ linebacking corps will anchor an improving defense

UNC’s linebacker corps wasn’t a high-IQ bunch for a couple of seasons, but now it is. "I don’t have the greatest speed, but I read things pretty well and I know where they’re going,” Doug Justice said. “And I feel like that’s developed more and more as the years have gone on.” Justice isn’t the front man for UNC’s linebackers, as that nod goes to senior Tommy Richardson, a former safety who saw action in 11 games in 2002, mostly on special teams.
