Friday Practice Notes (p.m.)
Posted Aug 20, 2005
Last weekend, Barrington Edwards discussed the difference between confidence and cockiness. The topic came up again Friday in relation to Larry Edwards. "You have to have genuine confidence by doing things right," John Bunting said. "It's one thing for a guy to be cocky and say he has confidence. There's no such thing. You get genuine confidence by doing things right over and over again, and that's what (Larry Edwards) is starting to do."
