UNC quarterback Sam Howell 'blocks out' added pressure as preseason accolades pile up

Sam Howell, who was named Preseason ACC Player of the Year, enters the 2021 season on watch lists for the Maxwell Award, Davey O'Brien Award and the Walter Camp Football Foundation Player of the Year Award. “I see all the hype people say, all the expectations, but for me, I just want to be the best player I can be for my team,” Howell said.
