Three Tar Heels Vying for Backup Center Position

UNC starting center Brian Anderson has been unavailable for the start of preseason camp. Coach Mack Brown said Anderson will be ready to go for the season opener at Virginia Tech. But rather than be concerned about who’s going to snap to quarterback Sam Howell in the opener, the Tar Heels are using this opportunity to build depth behind Anderson.
