Duke is projected to finish last in the ACC Coastal Division, the Blue Devils will usher in another new quarterback, but they have one of the ACC’s better running backs in Mataeo Durant. Duke is rebuilding its defensive front but could field one of the Coastal Division's better secondaries, though getting help up front would help that group a great deal. (Tar Heel Illustrated)
