Kevin Hester, a redshirt sophomore defensive lineman who played one year of high school football before arriving at UNC as a project with considerable potential, met with the media Thursday. Hester, who is 6-foot-4 and 305 pounds, discussed his growth as a football player, the challenges of learning on the fly, and where he is right now as a player.
