Darian Durant faces long odds

If Darian Durant is going to make it in the NFL, it probably won't be here and it might not even be now. The record-setting former North Carolina quarterback is in a desperate race to become the Baltimore Ravens' third-string passer. It's a race team officials are pessimistic he'll finish. But Durant knew that when he signed with the Ravens in the spring as an undrafted rookie free agent. But just like the fourth quarterback, seventh wide receiver or eighth cornerback in every NFL training camp, Durant is trying to show the coaches that he belongs in the league.
