North Carolina wide receiver Josh Downs has had a touchdown reception in every Tar Heel football game this season, including in Saturday's dramatic 45-42 victory over Miami. Against the Hurricanes, Downs caught 11 passes for 96 yards and a touchdown and was rewarded with ACC Receiver of the Week honors on Monday.
