Quincy Monk preparing for his fifth year in the NFL

While he's still living out his dream, former UNC linebacker Quincy Monk understands he's no longer in a fantasy land. Monk is preparing for his fifth season in the National Football League and is now a member of the Houston Texans. "After a while you kind of learn, open your eyes and realize how the NFL really is. I've always known it was a business. (After) what happened last year, I really know that it's only a business."
