Josh Downs is 113 yards from equaling UNC's single-season record of 1,222 receiving yards set by Hakeem Nicks in 2008. Downs also has 82 receptions in 2021 and is approaching Ryan Switzer's UNC record of 96 catches in 2016. Ty Chandler has rushed for 926 yards this season and is 74 yards shy of the 31st 1,000-yard rushing season in UNC history.
