North Carolina’s massive size advantage was too tall a task for the Furman Paladins in its hopes to pull a mid-major upset at the Smith Center on Tuesday night. The Tar Heels broke open a tied game at halftime with a 15-4 run out of the break and rolled to a 74-61 victory for their fifth-straight win. Dawson Garcia led UNC with 20 points on 7-of-12 shooting.
