Five-star North Carolina signee Zach Rice has the Tar Heels' workout plan and the playbook. He arrives on campus in two weeks, but first the Lynchburg (Va.) Liberty Christian offensive tackle will play one more high school game as he lines up in Sunday's Under Armour All-America Game. "My biggest focus is coming in the best shape with North Carolina," said Rice.
