Tyler Hansbrough 'a banger' for Tar Heels
Posted Jun 23, 2005
If you're curious for a scouting report on the four freshmen who will play basketball for North Carolina this season, let rising senior David Noel offer one based on pickup games. "Tyler Hansbrough is really a banger," Noel said. "He's going to be our (center). He does some of the same things Sean May does. Bobby Frasor, he's a point guard. He's not like Raymond Felton; he's more of a steady, slow-paced point guard. But he finds you with the ball. "Danny Green can really shoot the ball from the outside. And Marcus Ginyard will lock you down defensively and has some versatility like Jackie Manuel did."
