Roy Williams enthusiastic, but knows tough road lies ahead
Posted Jun 23, 2005
The prospect of taking their lumps doesn't diminish the enthusiasm of Tar Heels Coach Roy Williams and his players. They have a national championship to reflect upon; they have heard the early predictions for next season, and that motivates the guys in light blue. "This team is going to shock a lot of people," senior David Noel said. "I know everybody's writing us out, and I don't blame them. We lost 93 percent of our scoring. It's going to be a new-look team."
