Roy Williams enthusiastic, but knows tough road lies ahead

The prospect of taking their lumps doesn't diminish the enthusiasm of Tar Heels Coach and his players. They have a national championship to reflect upon; they have heard the early predictions for next season, and that motivates the guys in light blue. "This team is going to shock a lot of people," senior said. "I know everybody's writing us out, and I don't blame them. We lost 93 percent of our scoring. It's going to be a new-look team."
