Buffalo Bills Re-Sign Antonio Williams, Release Austin Proehl

A bit of a fan favorite as a depth piece is back for the Buffalo Bills. On Tuesday, the Bills announced that the team has re-signed running back Antonio Williams to their practice squad. He was recently released from it just before the New Year. In a corresponding move, wide receiver and fellow Tar Heel Austin Proehl was released from the practice squad.
