Brad Lawing maintains he did no wrong

North Carolina assistant football coach Brad Lawing reiterated Monday that he did nothing wrong in the recruitment of a top high school prospect while serving on the staff at Michigan State. Lawing added that he has been cleared by the NCAA. The topic surfaced again this past weekend when high school coach Lynn Lang said several recruiters offered payoffs and listed Lawing as mentioning money when recruiting Albert Means in 2000.
