Happy with recent production, Hubert Davis seeks quality over quantity from UNC bench

UNC’s bench minutes are at 21.6 percent, which is well below the national average of 31.8 percent and ranks 341 among 358 NCAA Division I teams. Only Miami, Virginia and Syracuse have used their benches less than the Tar Heels. That may not change this season, but the Tar Heels are aiming for the quality of minutes off the bench to make an impact.
