UNC football 'starting over as a program' this spring

UNC football begins spring practices next week with coach Mack Brown hitting a reset after a 6-7 season. The question of quarterback Sam Howell's replacement won't be answered until the precipice of the season opener. But until then, Brown aims to re-establish the culture that had the Tar Heels overachieving his first two seasons back in Chapel Hill.
