Paul McNeil is a bucket-getter in its truest sense. He has size with good length and has scored over 22 points per game this season on 50/40 shooting splits. The wildcard comes with McNeil’s development. He will need to get stronger, and more explosion should come. The Rockingham (NC) Richmond Senior wing has deep range and a nice pull-up.
