North Carolina vs. Virginia Basketball Preview

The sixth-seeded Virginia Cavaliers received an opening-round bye in the ACC Tournament before holding off No. 11 seed Louisville, 51-50, on Wednesday. The Cavaliers are middle of the road in the ACC efficiency rankings on both ends of the court. Virginia ranked eighth in adjusted offensive efficiency and ninth in adjusted defensive efficiency.
