Governor Roy Cooper Proclaims North Carolina the Center of the College Basketball Universe


Two days before UNC and Duke meet in the Final Four in New Orleans, North Carolina governor proclaimed his state "The Center of the College Basketball Universe." Cooper posted a video on his Twitter account and lauded both UNC and Duke for being "two of the greatest academic, research and health care universities in the world." (Chapelboro.com)
