Road to the Final Four: UNC's Iron Five


At the core of the Tar Heels' late-season transformation was a tightening of the rotation. Dubbed the Iron Five, UNC's starters played heavy minutes and, in doing so, developed clear roles and a level of chemistry that yielded a more cohesive unit on both ends of the floor.
