UNC Soars To No. 2 In Final Men's Basketball Coaches Poll


After North Carolina’s amazing NCAA tournament run, the Tar Heels soared to No. 2 in the final Top 25 coaches poll. The Tar Heels (29–10) lost 72–69 on Monday night in the NCAA championship game to Kansas (34–6), which is No. 1 in the final coaches poll. Carolina hadn’t been ranked in the coaches poll since it was No. 20 in the preseason poll. (Tar Heel Tribune)
