Former North Carolina and current New York Jets running back "Michael Carter saw us scrimmage two weeks ago and he said, ‘I see a team that’s trying real hard, but I don’t see enough alpha dogs stepping up,’" Mack Brown said. "So, we put in the point system in practice where someone wins and loses every time we have a drill. Who’s gonna step up?"
