The only intra-conference transfer on this list, former Virginia defensive end Noah Taylor brings tons of experience to the Tar Heels' defense. The grad transfer and Silver Springs, Md. native played in 44 games with 31 starts in four years with the Cavaliers. He has the versatility to both get after the passer or drop into coverage, so he should fit very well.
