UNC begins the second semester of summer school soon and offseason conditioning will ramp up as UNC prepares for the start of training camp around the first of August. The Tar Heels are beginning life after quarterback Sam Howell. On Friday, college football guru Phil Steele released his preseason All-ACC selections, which included first-teamer Josh Downs.
