Drake Powell was one of the June Live Period’s biggest stock risers. The guard from Pittsboro (NC) Northwood High averaged 16.1 points, 6.2 rebounds, and 2.6 steals per game for his team. "I picked up three offers on June 15, Virginia Tech, Texas A&M, and Miami," Powell said. "I think North Carolina and possibly Florida State could be close to offering."
