Former UNC defensive back is one of ACC Football's all-time greats. He made his presence felt in Chapel Hill immediately. Bly hauled in 11 interceptions, which is the third greatest total by a defensive back in ACC history. He was also the first freshman in ACC history to be named a consensus All-American.
