Inside the stunning USC-UCLA move to the Big Ten -- and the chaos that followed


The Big Ten had added brand-name programs before -- Penn State in 1990, Nebraska in 2010 -- but the USC and UCLA moves carried more "collateral damage," a term used by both Big Ten and Pac-12 sources after the announcement. One Big Ten administrator said USC and UCLA created "a hard conversation" because of the Pac-12 and Rose Bowl relationships. (ESPN.com)
