UNC football coach Mack Brown brought back Gene Chizik from a media job for his second tenure with the Tar Heels. Chizik was previously the defensive coordinator for North Carolina in the 2015 and 2016 seasons. The big question is, what has changed and what remains the same in the UNC Football program in the five years since Chizik left?
